Day of Coordinator 1 consists of 8+ hours of coordination with vendors, setting up any decor, directing people as needed and ensuring everyone is in place on time. Having a coordinator on-site allows you to enjoy your event, knowing that a professional handles all the logistics in the background. This is meant for those who are at the end of their planning & need someone to tie it all together.
Package 1 usually begins 30 days prior to event.
One, 1 hour or two 30 min meetings consisting of 10+ hours of coordination. Event day timeline management with vendors, setting up decor items, directing people and ensuring everyone is on time. Having a coordinatior on-site allows you to enjoy your event, knowing that a professional handles all the logistics in the background. This is meant for those who are at the end of their planning & need someone to tie it all together.
Package 2 usually begins 1-3 months prior to your event.
This is for anyone who has a grasp on what they want but needs help with the creative vision of things & the attention to details. This package is about critical decisions being made prior to your event. I provide full access to vendor recommendations. I will book up to 2 vendors for you, while you handle contracts, negotiations and payments. Providing event timeline creation, day of onsite coordinator.
Partial planning recommended a minimum of 5+ months prior to event date.

Fee starts at $500-$900 + 15% of vendor fees.
Fee varies depending on size, details, etc.
Price includes finding & booking vendors (such as catering, balloons, bartenders, entertainment, etc), coming up with a vision for theme & decor, coordinating setup & cleanup, designing & installing the decorations, party favors, etc.
